From the A7 - Carlisle to Edinburgh or Edinburgh to Carlisle

Glenteviot Park is located 3 miles to the east of Hawick Town, and north of the River Teviot within the Estate of Hassendeanburn. It is best approached by leaving Hawick on the A698 Jedburgh and Kelso road turning off left just after the woolen mill shop and just before the Riverside Caravan Park, some 1 mile after passing the speed de-restriction sign on the outskirts of Hawick. Follow this lane over the River Teviot 10 ton bridge and up the brae for 300 yards until reaching a 'T' junction. Turn right at the junction heading for Hassendeanburn, and Glenteviot Park is just under the 1-mile mark on the right hand side.

From the A68 Edinburgh to Newcastle

From Edinburgh turn right onto the A 698, some 3 miles before Jedburgh. Travel a distance of about 8 miles, through the village of Denholm towards Hawick, turning off right just after the Riverside Caravan Park and follow the directions given above.

From the A68 Newcastle to Edinburgh

Turn left off the A68 onto the A6088 at Carter Bar (Scottish Border) and travel along this road through Bonchester Bridge to where it joins the A698. Turn right onto the A698 and follow the directions given above.

Glenteviot Park is within easy reach of three major airports and is easily accessible within a couple of hours from the central belt of Scotland and the
North of England.
