Notes
Any person or persons who fail to arrive at the hotel
on the contracted date without any prior notice of cancellation
is categorised as a ‘No Show’.
Cancellation will be made initially by the most expedient method,
but must be confirmed in writing, preferably by facsimile or by
email as soon as practicable.
The percentage signifies the rate of cancellation charge to the
Basic Accommodation Charges.
Cancellation charge will apply when the number of days contracted
is shortened.
The cancellation charges may be decreased at the discretion of management
according to circumstances.
Guests are encouraged to consider taking out insurance cover for
holiday cancellations.
Every effort will be made to resell a room or rooms on receipt of
cancellation notice. Cancellation charges minus any extra advertising
costs will be waived where rooms are successfully resold.
